Our Process

NWA Nannies has very high standards to ensure the best care for families and their children.
Our process will start with an in-home consultation to evaluate your family needs, expected nanny duties, salaries and benefits offered.

Once we establish this, NWA Nannies will do all the work behind the scenes, including review applications, credibility checking, criminal record, driving record, and education level. NWA Nannies will conduct an in person preliminary interview with all nanny applicants. There is a nonrefundable consultation fee of $200.

Next, NWA Nannies will help coordinate interviews between families and nannies allowing families to make the final decision for the perfect fit.

There is a $3500 placement fee that is due at nanny’s first day of employment.

NWA Nannies ask our nannies for a 1 year commitment.  There is no guarantee on the commitment, however, NWA Nannies has a replacement policy and will provide to all clients a copy of our Replacement Agreement prior to consultation.
