NWA Nannies maintains the highest standards to ensure exceptional care for families and their children.
Our process begins with an in-home consultation at no cost to assess your family’s needs, expected nanny duties, and the salaries and benefits you plan to offer.
Once your needs are established, NWA Nannies handles all aspects of the search process, including reviewing applications, conducting credibility checks, verifying criminal and driving records, and confirming education levels. NWA Nannies also conducts in-person preliminary interviews with all nanny applicants. A nonrefundable $500 start-up search fee is required to begin the search.
Next, NWA Nannies coordinates interviews between families and qualified nannies, allowing families to make the final decision to ensure the perfect match.
A $5,000 placement fee is due before the nanny’s first day of employment.
